Once again we visited Pub in the Park - Marlow, not once but twice this year! Tom Kerridge has put together a winning formula of top class entertainment, a great selection of sensibly priced gastronomic delights to enjoy with a fabulous array of bars, whether your favourite tipple is a cocktail, craft ale or spirits. We also enjoyed the traders who were largely independent artisan businesses.

Beckfords Rum is an award winning Rum made in the traditional way and matched with classic flavours. We really enjoyed their Rum & Caramel it was delicious! We also tried their Spiced Pineapple Rum which was also a winner.

One of our favourite Rum Cocktails is 'The Painkiller', simple to make and it transports you straight to the Caribbean, here's how to make it:

Pour into a cocktail shaker over ice - 50ml Dark Rum, 100ml Pineapple Juice, 25ml OJ, & 25ml of Cream of Coconut and SHAKE. Strain into a Classic Rum tumbler and sprinkle with a pinch of Nutmeg, wheel of Orange & a Maraschino Cherry.
